Jungheinrich Australia – CeMAT 2026 Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Jungheinrich Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 008 024 011) of 37 White Road, Gepps Cross, 5094 South Australia, Australia.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 10:00 on 23rd of June 2026 and closes at 11:30 on 25^th of June 2026.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• Any decision of the Promoter as to the eligibility to take part in the prize draw or the result of the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, ineligible, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible.

4. How to Enter

• Visit both the Jungheinrich booth and the AntOn by Jungheinrich booth at CeMAT Melbourne 2026 (“Event”) from 23^rd of June to 25^th of June 2026. To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed at the Jungheinrich booth and the AntOn by Jungheinrich booth and must complete the online entry form between 10:00 on 23^rd of June and 11:30AM on 25^th of June 2026 by submitting a valid entry with the required details.
• Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted
• Entry is free

5. Prize

The prize is one (1) AntOn by Jungheinrich Electric Pallet Truck (PLT) valued at AUD $2,327 (RRP), which will be awarded at 1 unit each day of the Event. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.

The prize:

• Is not transferable or exchangeable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Delivery costs within Australia will be borne by the Promoter

6. Draw Details
Announcement of winners: 

Daily draws will be conducted at the following times at CeMAT Melbourne 2026:

1. Tuesday, 23 June 2026: 3:00 PM
2. Wednesday, 24 June 2026: 3:00 PM
3. Thursday, 25 June 2026: 12:00 PM

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received up to the time of the draw.

7. Winner Notification & Publication

• The winner will be notified via phone or email within 3 business days.
• Acceptance: The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to accept the prize (“Acceptance”). If the potential winner fails to respond to the notification for any reasons (including, but not limited to the email details is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants) within the Acceptance period, or is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, such potential winner and their entry will be disqualified. A redraw will take place within 14 days using the same draw method after the conclusion of the initial Acceptance period.  
• The winner’s name will be published on the Jungheinrich Australia’s website or social media channels (including LinkedIn page) for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Victorian regualtory requirements.

8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered or made available within 28 days of the draw.

9. Unclaimed Prize
If a prize is remains unclaimed after one (1) month of the initial winner notification, a redraw will take place within 14 days after the unclaimed prize period ends using the same draw method. The redraw winner will be notified in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

10. Privacy
The winner consents to the publication of their name and image in any publicity material or for any promotional purposes related to this promotion, unless otherwise advised. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and current Australian data protection legislation. By entering this promotion, participants agree their personal information will be used for:

• Administering the promotion
• Receiving marketing communications where consent is provided

11. General
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Lucky Draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of participants (including identity, age, and place of employment).
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or misdirected entries, including those affected by technical issues, network failures, or software disruptions.
The promotion complies with the laws of Victoria, Australia and all applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.
