The Basic module and Operating costs module are used to report master data, contract data and costs.
The Security and Productivity modules round out fleet analysis. The two modules are used in combination with truck components (access module, data recorder with shock sensor and transmitter). Components installed on your trucks send recorded data via a Gateway to the Management Portal, where the data is combined with business data, thus forming a comprehensive basis of information. As the core element of our fleet management system ISM Online, the Basis module enables you to access a web-based system that lets you collect and analyze your fleet data. It includes a detailed rights and role concept, which regulates access to the system by other users.
The Basis module provides you with a comprehensive analysis of your fleet structure across different locations. At the touch of a button, you can access information about your master and contract data as well as the number and age of your forklift trucks.
In order to further increase the transparency of your fleet structure, the fleet grouping function is a convenient tool. Use it to structure your fleet according to certain properties, such as cost centre or application area.
Operating Costs module - keeping an eye on costs
Are you interested in a detailed cost portrayal of your truck fleet? In that case, the Operating Costs module is the right solution for you. With a few clicks, you can call up Rental, Financing and Service costs for any specific truck – as a graphic or a table.
You will also get an overview of service reports per truck. For example, the module records the respective operating hours for you to decide on the utilisation and costs of individual trucks. You can thus continuously assess the efficiency of your fleet and identify cost drivers and optimisation potentials.
You can determine a tolerance yardstick for selected individual performance figures.
